A Workshop on Stress and ⁤Health for‌ Corporate Staff

The Hydro⁢ Power Development Corporation⁤ of Arunachal Pradesh Limited (HPDCAPL) recently organized a workshop-cum-training program focused on stress ⁣and health with lifestyle management for its staff and‌ other participants.‍ The event, held at the corporation’s conference hall, aimed to address⁣ the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle‌ in today’s high-pressure corporate environment.

Emphasizing ⁣the ‌significance of daily‍ exercise and good habits for overall well-being, HPDCAPL Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Toko Onuj, highlighted the need ⁣for a​ balanced lifestyle. He stressed the importance of staying fit and maintaining a healthy body⁤ and mind in the face of ⁤the demanding ⁣corporate world.

Dr. Vishal Gaur, President of the Sampoorna Health Education & Research Society ‍based ⁤in New Delhi, served as‌ the resource person⁤ for the workshop.
