A⁤ Memphis Organization Providing Affordable ⁢Healthcare for All

The Crosstown ⁤Concourse in Midtown Memphis houses a $40 walk-in clinic at Church Health. This clinic, located in Crosstown Concourse’s West Wing, is a part of a 150 thousand square feet complex.⁤ It aims to provide affordable healthcare for every working person, regardless of their insurance ⁤status.

Church Health, a non-profit faith-based health‌ care organization, is the brainchild of Dr. Scott Morris. His dedication as an ordained minister and ‌doctor ⁣has led⁢ to the establishment of ‌this clinic in 1987. Dr. ⁣Morris is committed to ensuring that hard-working Memphians have access to critical health care, especially for those ‍without insurance.

The clinic consists of 54 exam rooms spread across two ⁤floors ⁤and operates ⁤with ‌the help of⁣ a thousand volunteer physicians. These doctors offer⁣ free medical services to Church Health patients, further augmented by the hospital’s charity programs that help patients pay very little or no cost at all for their treatment.

The clinic primarily services underserved individuals who⁤ would otherwise‌ struggle to access healthcare facilities. According to Dr. Morris, the mission⁤ of Church Health is a testament to what is possible in God’s imagination.

Church Health⁣ offers an opportunity for everyone to⁣ contribute to their cause.⁣ WREG is partnering with the organization for Giving Day on July 30th. All contributions will be matched dollar-for-dollar,⁣ up to $100,000. Participants ⁢can donate to provide ‌protective equipment for dental appointments, care for patients with broken bones, treatment for a patient’s diabetes, or operate the clinic lab.
