Six-year-old beauty queen Alana Thompson is no stranger to fans of TLC’s “Toddlers & Tiaras,” and on Wednesday, the beauty pageant show’s breakout star got her moment to shine with the premiere of her spinoff “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.”
