Faith Hill

Faith Hill, Country music’s royal couple, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, have not lost, er, faith in one another. No, the couple announced this weekend that they are “absolutely” staying married, despite rumors of a divorce.

“[Rumors] seem to be running like crazy right now for some reason. It’s perplexing,” Hill, 46, told People magazine. “I don’t know why ‘happy’ can’t be a story.”

Powerful tornados erupted across the Midwest Sunday and left a path of destruction seven states wide in its wake. At least six people died from the storms in Illinois.

The storm system moved across Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky and Illinois around noon Sunday, even causing the Chicago Bears game to be evacuated as a precaution. Dramatic photos of the destruction showed entire towns in Midwest states leveled. Search-and-rescue efforts will continue today.

Justin Timberlake, who has made an entire career out of being a really cool guy — a guy who makes cool songs, cool movies, cool appearances on ‘SNL’ — swears he is anything but cool.

“Listen, I’m not cool,” Timberlake told GQ Magazine as part of its “Man of the Year” profile on the star. “Being cool is about keeping your blood pressure steady. So no, don’t be cool. Be passionate. Be dedicated. Be tenacious. Be uncompromising. Be pissed. Be happy. Be sad.”

Well, that settles it. If he’s not cool, I don’t know what the rest of us are.

It’s the longest story any parent has ever told a child. The nine seasons of “How I Met Your Mother” is set to wrap up this year, with the mystery of how two parents met finally revealed.

But viewers who love a good yarn about how couples first met will not have to wait long to get their fill: CBS has ordered up a spinoff series of the hit show called “How I Met Your Dad,” according to Entertainment Weekly. The network says the new show will feature a completely new cast and storyline, which, sadly, means a lot less Neil Patrick Harris on your TV at night.
